Shipping Information

Hokubei Budogu (Shinaimall.com LLC) offers FREE¹ shipping throughout North America on all orders over USD 150.00. Unless otherwise stated, a flat rate shipping charge will be charged depending on product size categories.

Please contact us to obtain shipping quotations for other regions. All orders in the United States are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground. Please allow 5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery.

For customers outside of North America, please feel free to contact us at kendo@hokubeibudogu.com if you would like to place an order, and we would be happy to provide you with shipping options. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured, and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please check back with us periodically for any updates regarding our shipping policies.
