Initially, I had to get used to wearing synthetic kendogi and hakama again because I needed something that would be more easily washable than the cotton ones. It is comfortable, dries fast, and lightweight. I sweat a lot too, and it's surprisingly absorbent, which helps me not feel AS gross after keikos. Decent price, decent experience so far, and decent washes.

Highly recommended for those of us that are still on the earlier part of the Kendo journey. I dunno what the standards are for the Dan folks.

Awesome set

I ordered this set and it fits great. I’m like 4’11 ish/almost 5 ft. I ordered the 150 cm option. The Gi was size 1.5 and hakama size 22. Again, the size of the set was great for me. I really like the material as well. It is soft and also light weight! When it arrived, it was packaged nicely too. I would definitely buy this again in the future.

Pajama-soft and quick drying

It's more of a 4.5, but I'm rounding up. The material is SO soft. It's like wearing pajamas, almost! And it definitely dries very quickly as advertised.

My main thing to point out is that the himo are barely long enough to to tie. For me, it's fine. But if I were to be bloated one day, it might be hard to tie. I'm not very large, but I'm also not very skinny either. There would need to be a way to request longer himo for people who need it.
